Memory Foam Back Support Cushion for Chair and Car

I sit at this table for many hours a day, reading and writing. As a kindness to my eyes, I look at the 24” screen of an Apple desktop. As a kindness to my back, I sit at an “Ergonomic Executive Mesh” desk chair. It can be adjusted to the 90-degree angle I like, but it has too hard a job – every few weeks I visit a chiropractor, every morning I walk off some of the kinks — so I bought a Lumbar Support “Memory Foam” Pillow.
Why does a little pillow matter?
Lower back pain is a common affliction, and is a good reason that I take two capsules of Advil (“Vitamin A”) twice a day. It is also why, since I bought this pillow and strapped it on my chair, I take fewer Advil.
